Former champions Kenya Pipeline women’s volleyball team moved their training sessions from their backyard at Embakasi to Nyayo National Stadium gymnasium in time for the Kenya Volleyball Federation National League primed for this Friday through to Sunday.
The Oilers joined defending champions KCB Women’s Volleyball Team who have pitched camp at the venue.
Pipeline and KCB will square it out on Friday in what will be the highlight of the day.
The two teams met during the Mwalimu Kahiga Open Tournament in Nyeri at the group stage ,and the Oilers defeated the bankers.
The Bankers coached by Malkia Strikers coach Japheth Munala beat Pipeline under the tutelage of Geoffrey Omondi in the National League play-offs in June at Kasarani Stadium, indoor arena Nairobi.
Time will tell if the bankers will overturn the tables or Pipeline will pick from where they left in Nyeri.
