Former champions General Service Unit swept aside Equity Bank 3-1(28-26,25-23,24-26, 25-22) in the final match of pool “A” during the first edition of the Kenya Volleyball Federation men’s Kenya Cup at the Moi International Sports Centre indoor arena, Nairobi on Saturday.
The match also doubled up as the National League match.
GSU win saw them close in on leaders Kenya Prisons and Kenya Ports Authority.
Prisons have 26 points from 10 matches while KPA are second with 24 points from nine matches
GSU complete the top three positions with 20 points unbeaten from seven matches.
