A total of seventeen teams have so far registered for the inaugural Kenya Cup.
The draws for the lots is expected to be staged at the KCB Sports Club, Nairobi, Nairobi on January 18 at 10am.
10 men’s team and seven teams that compete in the Kenya Volleyball Federation National Division One and Two League have registered for the event.
Teams will be divided in two groups with the top-ranked teams advancing to the quarter-final

*TOURNAMENT RULES:*
1. Teams ranked based on points (win, loss), set ratio, and point ratio (as tiebreakers).
2. Matches to adhere to FIVB Volleyball rules.
3. All matches held in indoor venues.
*PLAYER RECRUITMENT:*
1. Teams may recruit club-registered league players or non-league players, up to 2 foreign players or players currently playing outside Kenya.
2. Recruitment window: Open during group stages, closes after quarterfinals (end of June 2025).
3. Players not registered or from non-participating clubs may join any team of their choice.
