Kipchumba Karori who is eyeing Uasin Gishu Governor seat in the forthcoming National elections has a vision of establishing a state-of-the-art indoor arena in Eldoret.
Karori will sponsor the forthcoming Karori International Volleyball Tournament at the Eldoret National Polytechnic grounds on December 13-15.
Karori said this after a strategic meeting with the Kenya Volleyball Federation honchos ,President Charles Nyaberi and Deputy President Paul Bitok on Tuesday.
The meeting centered around the progress of the upcoming international tournament and federations future plans to enhance the federation’s capabilities.
Karori also remained committed of sponsorship the Eldoret tournament and at the same time help the Federation to attain long-term sponsorships that will sustain the federation’s operations and growth.
Nyaberi lauded Karori saying, “Working closely with sponsors and leaders like Hon. Karori can truly elevate volleyball in Kenya and strengthen the federation’s foundation for future success,:
Bitok said “The development of an indoor arena in Eldoret will be a game-changer for volleyball in Kenya. It will not only enhance our ability to host international events but also inspire young athletes to pursue excellence in the sport,”
