Kenya Ports Authority (KPA) men’s volleyball team Wednesday left for Rwanda for the annual Genocide Memorial Tournament that gets underway on June 20-22.
KPA who are fresh from finishing second behind eventual winners General Service Unit in the just ended Kenya Volleyball Federation National League play-offs, will be in the company of Chema Volleyball Club who are other Kenya representatives.
Chema under the guidance of Jeremiah Mukopi participates in the KVF Division One League.
KPA will be seeking to bag the title after coming short in the National League.
It will be a good build up for the Coastal side who are keen to win the inaugural Kenya Cup next month at the Moi International sports centre Kasarani in Nairobi and Nyayo gymnasium respectively.
