Kenya under 20 women’s volleyball team on Tuesday night lost to host Cameroon 3-1(25-18,18-25,19-25,25-17) in the ongoing African Nations championship in Yaoundé.
The side coached by former Kenyan international Jackline Barasa had on Monday won their opening tie against Senegal 3-0(25-13,25-12,25-11).
Kenya next play Uganda who had lost to Egypt 3-0(25-18,25-19,25-17) on Monday.
On Monday, Kenya opposite hitter Terry Tata who plays for KCB Women’s Volleyball Team was deservedly named the Player of the Match after an outstanding performance.
