Newly promoted Chema Volleyball Club are on the shopping spree ahead of the men’s Kenya Volleyball Federation National 2025/2026 season that is expected to start later in the year.
Chema alongside Eldowas earned promotion to the top tier from the second tier after finishing in the top two position at the end of the recently concluded Division Two League at the Nyayo National stadium in Nairobi.
The Thika-based outfit have signed reliable Trailblazers middle blocker Eugene Okello, as well as the Equity Bank duo of Leister Mudibo and libero Bethoven Otieno
The side coached by Jeremiah Mukopi has also brought on board Kenya Airport Police unit player Wesley Limo and setter Stephen Otieno who has had stints at Kenya Defence Forces and played for Kenyatta University.
With the major signings, we wait to see how Chema will start new life in the National League.
