Kenya Volleyball Federation on Monday appointed officials that will lead Team Kenya to the first Africa School Games set for July 26 to August 5 in Algiers, Algeria.
The officials are beach players Donald Mchete who will lead the boys’ team and Naomi Too who will take charge of the girl’s outfit.
Mchete and Too took part in the FIVB Beach Volleyball Coaching Course that was under the guidance of Three-Time Olympian from Spain Javier Bosma at the Nyayo National Stadium and Strathmore University grounds respectively in Nairobi.
Mchete and Too lauded the Federation in their believe in the duo saying they will do their best to ensure Kenya performs well in the event.
Joseph Birech will be the team manager for the 10-day event.
