Directorate of Criminal Investigation (DCI) are leaving nothing to chance as they plan to complete the regular season on high.
DCI has tricky fixtures against Kenya Prisons on Saturday before they wrap up the season with another tough match against Kenya Pipeline on Sunday at the Nyayo National Stadium, outdoor court, Nairobi.
DCI coach Patrick Sang said they are aware of what awaits them but was quick to add that they have prepared well ahead of the two crucial ties.
“Kenya Defence Forces played well but I’m glad we emerged winners. We have tough fixtures on Saturday and Sunday, but we want to end the League on high. Ahead of the play-offs, we are targeting a podium finish. We have been participating in the League for a while now and i believe the time is ripe to go for a medal,” said Sang a former General Service Unit player.
Sang was speaking after his side overwhelmed KDF 3-0(27-25,25-20,25-17) during the KVF clean up matches at Nyayo.
