As the Kenya Volleyball Federation men and women’s Kenya-Cup event gathers momentum at the Moi International Sports Centre indoor, arena, Kasarani,Nairobi the semi-finalists in both genders will qualify for the next year’s CAVB Zone V Clubs Championship to be staged in Nairobi.
The matches are still in the group stages.
Uganda hosted this year’s edition that saw Patriotic Army of Rwanda and Rwanda Energy Group from Rwanda won the woemn and mens’s respective titles
KVF deputy president Paul Bitok confirmed the development saying, “Up for grabs are the slots to the Zone V Clubs Championship that Kenya will host next year. Besides that, the Kenya Cup is a platform to showcase talent and in away promote professionalism,”said Bitok.
On Friday, four matches are on the cards.
