Kenyan only representative at the next week’s Africa Zone V Clubs Championship at the Lugogo Indoor Stadium, Kampala, Uganda, Kenya Pipeline will depart for the event on Tuesday in time for the championship that serves off on February 26.
Pipeline are the defending champions after they won the championship in 2023 in Kigali, Rwanda after they defeated Rwanda Revenue Authority in the final.
After the Zone V championships, Oilers alongside Kenya Prisons and KCB Women’s Volleyball Team will be up in arms for the African Clubs Championship primed for April 1-14 in Nigeria.
Pipeline won bronze in the event that was held in Egypt where Zamalek defended the title ahead of Al Ahly.
