Kenya Volleyball Federation (KVF) through the National Sports Organizing Secretary John Oronje had on Monday issued a letter cancelling the Course that was scheduled to serve off on February 17 at Kokodrilla Hotel, Busia County.
The development was nictitated after the Course reportedly failed to meet a quorum.
For a course to be conducted, at least 20 participants should have confirmed participation, therefore as per Monday, only five candidates had paid thus forcing the federation to cancel the Course through the advise from refereeing Commission.

The letter read in parts,” After consultation with the Deputy Governor Arthur Odera, Busia County am glad to advise that DG graciously agreed to sponsor ten participants to attend the course. In view of this, I reiterate the contents of the communication sent on course sent on Course cancellation. The letter on cancellation of the course is therefore recalled,”
