The Kenya Volleyball Federation (KVF) has advertised the National Women’s Volleyball team, Malkia Strikers technical bench positions.
The positions are head coach, two assistant coaches and the trainer.
KCB Women’s Volleyball Team coach Japheth Munala is the current head coach assisted by Kenya Prisons women’s team coach Josp Barasa while the late former malkia Strikers setter Janet Wanja was the team’s trainer.
First assignment for the new technical bench will be the FIVB World Championship set for August22 to September 7 in Thailand.
This is an exceptional opportunity to contribute to the success of Kenyan volleyball on the global stage as the team prepares for upcoming international competitions.
The deadline for the submission of the applicants is set for February 8, while the shortlisted candidates will be contacted for the interviews on February 15.

Requirements
1.Head Coach (1 Position)*
*Nationality:* Kenyan Citizen
*Certification:* Minimum of FIVB Level II Coaching Certificate
*Experience:* Proven coaching track record, preferably at the club or national level
*Skills:* Knowledge of international volleyball trends and modern techniques, strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
*Commitment:* Available for all national team engagements
*2. Assistant Coaches (2 Positions)*
*Nationality:* Kenyan Citizens
*Certification:* Minimum of FIVB Level I Coaching Certificates
*Experience:* Practicing coach with experience at a competitive level
*Commitment:* Available for all training camps and tournaments
*3. Physical Trainer (1 Position)*
*Nationality:* Kenyan Citizen
*Experience:* Experience working with athletes or teams
*Skills:* Proficiency in designing fitness programs for competitive volleyball, strong communication, and motivational skills
