Trailblazers will welcome Kenya Ports Authority (KPA) on Friday at the Nyayo National Stadium, Nairobi seeking to move away from the visitors in the ongoing Kenya Volleyball Federation National League standings.
KPA and Trailblazers are joint second with six points from three matches each played on the standings, five points behind League leaders and defending champions Kenya Prisons who lead the standings with 11 points from four matches.
A win for either sides will help them close in on Prisons who have a date with winless Mt Kenya Base Yetu.
DOD CAU, Kenya Forest Service (KFS), National Youth Service (NYS), Nairobi Prisons and Western Prisons will launch their respective title campaigns this Friday.
The five teams were a no show during the first leg that was played in Nyeri last month.
At the same time, Kenya Army and Mt. Kenya Base Yetu will be looking for their first win of the season.
Kenya Army and Base yetu are winless from four and two in that order respectively.
