Former Administration Police of Kenya (APK) men’s volleyball team manager Milcah Kimeu Mwende has been promoted to the assistant Superintendent from the Chief Inspector rank.
Mwende was instrumental as APK defied odds to qualify for the Kenya Volleyball Federation National League play-offs last June at the Moi International Sports Centre indoor arena, Nairobi.
Mwende has been paramount in the steady rise of the APK.
